Mexico Daily Itinerary

 

7:30-8:30 AM        Sunrise meditation and pranayama, breath work

9:00 AM                Tea and fruit break

9:30-11:30 AM       2- hour yoga practice, emphasis on standing poses and sequences
                                beginner to intermediate

12:00 Noon             Nourishing brunch

Afternoon break for swimming, walking, kayaking, hammocking, sleeping

 

4:00-6:00 PM     Restorative yoga, chi kung some meditation, walking meditation

6:00 PM             Sunset and last swim

7:00 PM             Dinner at a local restaurant as a group

Evening activities: massage, Spanish practice, sharing, star-gazing from our roof top
